Research peptides and related materials cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, quality control, and compliance with research supply standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damaged packaging or incorrect product

Once verified, Bulk Peptides Global will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
